Jockey International, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and marketer of comfort apparel products sold in major department, specialty stores, and 105 Jockey owned retail stores across the US. The products are also available in more than 147 countries around the world. Located in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the 141-year-old company is committed to quality, comfort, fashion, innovation and value. As Jockey grows in size and sophistication, the simple commitment to serve its consumers' needs continues to be the company's hallmark.
4 years ago, Jockey started looking for network hardware that would allow us to manage from a central portal with a small IT staff. It had to be easy to use, provide a high level of flexibility, scalable for growth, and provide wireless connectivity in our stores.
We sent out a RFQ to 3 vendors and landed on the Meraki platform. The solution was competitively priced and met all our requirements. The project from the start of the pilot stores to chain rollout was 90 days.
Meraki footprint in each retail store:
1 – MS220 24 port switch
1 – MX60 Security Appliance
1 – MR32 Access Point
